Atos Foundation

Atos Foundation is a Dutch independent non-profit organization that leverages the digital knowledge and expertise of Atos employees to create sustainable social impact in developing countries. Established through a strategic reassessment, it focuses on initiatives where staff contributions drive community development rather than traditional construction efforts.

• Services: The foundation facilitates IT-related projects in collaboration with PUM while organizing expeditions for employee volunteers to assist with building or renovating schools and health posts.
• Operations: Funding is generated through the Atos salary donation program, direct debit arrangements, and one-time gifts from supporters.
• History: While active construction projects were organized between 2002 and 2023, current efforts prioritize deploying technical expertise over physical building activities.

The organization operates out of Amstelveen in the Netherlands without providing remuneration to its voluntary board members.
