Women In Logistics - Africa (WILA) is an Ivorian non-profit organization founded in 2021 that champions women's leadership and visibility within the supply chain and logistics sectors across the African continent. Headquartered in Côte d'Ivoire, the association drives social change by dismantling gender stereotypes while fostering inclusive economic development through strategic advocacy with public authorities and private sector partners.
