Business Gate

Business Gate is a Czech multifunctional center located in Karviná that supports entrepreneurship by connecting companies with students and offering strategic planning for municipalities. Operated jointly by the city of Karviná and Silesian University in Opava, it fosters local business growth through various specialized programs and facilities.

• Services: The organization runs an Academy program linking student assignments to corporate needs, a Benefit initiative providing financing consultations for aspiring entrepreneurs, and a Focus institute developing strategic plans for municipalities.
• Locations: It operates within a modern coworking center in Karviná featuring meeting rooms, desk rentals, fast internet, and unlimited coffee, though the space is currently closed temporarily.
• Operations: The entity functions through collaboration between the statutory city of Karviná, the School of Business Administration in Karviná, Silesian University in Opava, and additional partners.

The center also runs a student marketing agency named Solution to further engage with business initiatives.
