COST Action PROBONO

COST Action PROBONO is a Czech research initiative dedicated to advancing proton-boron nuclear fusion and its applications in energy production and medicine through international collaboration. It facilitates scientific exchange by organizing workshops, schools, and symposia across Europe and globally while supporting student internships at leading laser technology institutions like ELI-Beamlines.

• Events: Coordinates international workshops such as the International Workshop on Proton-Boron Fusion in Istanbul and schools like the XIII International Geant4 School near Prague.

The action actively publishes new research articles in journals such as Matter Radiation Extremes and the Physics of Plasmas, contributing significantly to the global scientific community's understanding of fusion technologies.
