Platform of European Memory and Conscience

Platform of European Memory and Conscience is a Czech non-profit international organization founded in 2011 that educates citizens about totalitarian regimes through research, documentation, and awareness-raising initiatives across Europe and North America.

• Locations: The platform organizes events in cities including Brussels, Warsaw, Prague, Paris, and Bucharest while maintaining headquarters in Prague.
• Products: It publishes educational materials such as the reader "Lest We Forget," the board game "Across the Iron Curtain," and an international travelling exhibition titled "Totalitarianism in Europe."
• Customers: The organization represents over 1.3 million citizens with European roots from more than twenty-four countries, including fifteen EU Member States and nations like Canada and Ukraine.
• Innovation: It established a prestigious award recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional courage in resisting totalitarianism throughout history.

The entity was officially endorsed by both the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union to foster democratic values globally.
